Everything a wholesale buyer needs to know before the first order.
Minimum Order
Brand new: 5 units. Pre-owned: 25 units (1 box). Larger quantities get better pricing. Below MOQ only viable for Dubai pickup.
Payment
100% upfront. Bank transfer in AED or USD, cash on pickup in Dubai, or USDT. Prices quoted in USD, Dubai prices.
Shipping
Prices exclude shipping. Stock in Dubai Free Zone. We arrange freight (buyer pays), or hand over to your own Dubai cargo agent.
Verification
Bulk orders: IMEI list and a video of the actual lot at ship-ready stage — before anything leaves Dubai.
Warranty
DOA: report within 48 hours of delivery with video — we replace or refund. No returns for cosmetic condition.
Authenticity
100% genuine Apple, original parts only. Factory unlocked, iCloud-free, clean IMEI. Genuine batteries.

- 1. Supply. Apple iPhones — used (all grades) and brand new. All unlocked unless stated. Prices are Dubai prices in USD, exclusive of shipping.
- 2. Grading. Used: A+ (Grade A) · B+ · B · C, all 100% functional and tested. New: Non-Active · Active · ASIS+ (Apple Refurbished, battery 100%). Individual test certificate per device.
- 3. Minimum order. Used 25 pcs (1 box) · New 5 pcs. Below MOQ only for Dubai pickup.
- 4. Payment. 100% upfront: bank transfer AED/USD, cash on pickup in Dubai, USDT.
- 5. Shipping. Excluded from prices. Fonilo arranges freight (buyer pays) or buyer’s own Dubai agent collects. Stock in Dubai Free Zone.
- 6. Verification. Bulk orders: IMEI list + video of the actual lot before shipping. Clean IMEI, factory unlocked, iCloud-free guaranteed.
- 7. Warranty. DOA within 48h of delivery with video — replace or refund. No returns for cosmetic condition; grade stated before purchase.
- 8. Accounts. Price lists and ordering are for approved business partners only. Fonilo may decline or revoke accounts at its discretion.
