- What we collect. The details you submit when applying for a partner account: company name, contact person, business email, phone, country, trade licence number, and your purchasing preferences.
- Why we collect it. To verify your business, approve your account, send you price lists and manifests, and process your orders.
- Who sees it. Only Fonilo. We never sell, share or publish partner information — your identity as our customer is confidential, the same way we treat our suppliers.
- Account data. Your login is stored securely on our servers. You can request correction or deletion of your account at any time via WhatsApp or email.
- Cookies. We use only the cookies needed for login sessions. No advertising trackers on the B2B portal.
- Changes. If this policy changes, the current version will always be on this page.
